Algar Ferrari of Philadelphia’s parts department stocks a complete inventory of factory parts with direct access to the factory in Italy. We also stock an extensive selection of factory accessories and car care products. Due to the fact we are a factory-authorized provider, we are able to honor the factory’s warranty on all factory authorized parts.
Shipping Estimates and Actual Costs:

Howerver, due to having over 75,000 parts in stock it is not possible to weigh and dimensionalize every item in our inventory for 100% accuracy. Estimted Shipping Costs in an ecommerce transaction are estimates, and as orders are packaged and fulfilled shipping costs may increase or decrease depending on co-packing of items, and final size and weight of the shipping container. Parts Return Policy:
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 610-527-1100 within 15 days regarding any part that you received that was incorrect or damaged. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
If the part is determined to have been shipped incorrectly or damaged by Algar Ferrari of Philadelphia, you the customer will receive a full refund or exchange for the proper part of equal value.
If you the customer ordered the wrong part you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase on the Site. Refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. You can send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice.
